Prices do not include city tax and registration fee:

Deposit: 30% via bank transfer
Balance: via bank transfer at least 14 days before arrival (receipt of money),
or depending on the accommodation, on the day of arrival, on site and in cash.

Arrival and departure are only possible on Saturday or Sunday during certain periods.
The accommodations are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
The accommodations must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Dogs are welcome but please make sure you inform us before your arrival.
We expect that your accompanying dogs are house trained, well-behaved and family-friendly.
Only fully-grown dogs and no puppies are allowed in the accommodations.
We ask that you do not leave your dog in the apartment unattended.
Crikvenica‘s official dog beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
In the garden area you will find an outdoor shower, which you may use for your dog.
We are happy to provide a towel for your dog.

You may use the washing machine after prior consultation.
€ 5.00 per washing cycle including laundry detergent

We are a family-friendly, non-smoking accommodation. Therefore, smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments / rooms.

From the second booking:
a discount of 5% on accommodation costs

For a booking made by 31st December for the following year:
a discount of 3% on accommodation costs

You were our guest and you recommended us – we thank you.
You will receive 5% of the accommodation costs paid by the new guests as soon as they have paid their bill in total. The new guests must name you as the person who recommended our holiday home to them when they make their booking.
